Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately we are a service provider and thus cannot accept any returns for services provided to clients.
Refunds

Digital Products (Packaged Software)
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed, except in the following cases:
– Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive your purchased product due to technical issues (e.g., download problems), please contact us within 7 days, and we will ensure proper delivery.
– Major Defects: If a product you purchased has significant technical issues that prevent it from functioning as described, we will attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
– Product Not As Described: If the product differs significantly from the description provided on our website, please notify us within 14 days, and we will offer a resolution or refund where appropriate.Refunds will not be provided for:
– Change of Mind: As digital products are easily accessible after purchase, refunds cannot be granted for customers who change their minds.
– Incompatibility with Third-Party Systems: Please ensure that the product requirements are met before purchasing, as incompatibility with third-party software or platforms is not grounds for a refund.

Tailored Solutions (Custom Services)
– For custom work such as tailored solutions, EHR System setup, AI chatbot setups, refunds will only be provided if the work has not commenced or if there is a breach in the agreed-upon service.
– Once the project is initiated and milestones have been approved by the client, refunds are not available.
– If we are unable to deliver the solution as agreed due to internal issues, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the work completed.

Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please Contact Us with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting our support team first may result in the suspension of your account.
